Out for a run
I've been running a lot with Sebastian. I think he likes it... He's so mellow he doesn't complain or smile; he just sits there contentedly or sleeps. Yesterday Derek came along for a bit - he took this photo.

Getting stronger
Sebastian is more efficient and faster at crawling after just a few days. This is from Monday.
Solid food!
Now that Sebastian is six months old, it's time to start solid food. His first food was avocado, and after an initial "what do I do with this?" moment, he loved it! He ate it twice today - first out of a spoon and then out of a mesh feeder.

Little helper
Leo had been such a good helper lately. Here he is pushing the grocery cart and transplanting the nasturtiums he planted indoors 2 months ago!

Sebastian really liked the texture of the grass. He crawled over to it and was running his fingers through it.
