Drumlin Farm

We met up with my high school friend Becca and her son Josh for a morning on the farm. Not shown: Leo's favorite attraction: huge, stinky pigs.

Efficient

Leo needs both hands to climb the stairs, so today on his way up for a nap he declared "I put Dougie on head!" Clearly he is proud of his solution to this problem.

"Spooky" Hayride at Wilson Farm

We ran into my cousin Andrew and his family here! They were a few tractors ahead of us.

Town Day 9/21 (belated)

Finally getting around to getting some photos off of our "good" camera!

Preschool Pics

Leo is part of the Caterpillar class at Arlington Heights Nursery School. Every few weeks, they send out photos they took of the kids busy at play. I love that Yellow Dougie is featured in each of these shots! Leo likes to keep him close at hand at school. These shots are all from his first and second days at school.

Watering can

Leo loves to help us water the flowers, or the dirt, or anything outside really. Here his aunt Sandie helps him lift the can.

California kid

That's what Leo's preschool teachers said about this outfit last week. With the scooter and helmet, I have to agree:

At the beach

It was 80 degrees out last week, so we went to Revere Beach! We had the place almost to ourselves.
